My mother has been here for a year now and although she has found it hard to find herself in a home, she is comfortable. She is always clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and try to make it more of a family environment for their residents.

The minute you walk in the door you feel at home. It has a lovely homely feel, friendly and welcoming. My mother has been living at Grace House for a year. She is 105. The owner/manager Ashley and assistant manager Kelly run a very efficient home. The staff are excellent – cheerful, friendly and well trained. The food is all fresh and home cooked and provides a balanced diet and caters for my mother’s personal choices. When a medical problem arises, it is seen to straight away. The staff also support the relatives and are very kind. My mum thinks of the staff as her extended family. I can’t recommend it more highly.’ PatReview March 2026
