Mum has lived at Grace House for 11 years now. She had some challenging behaviours and the staff all underwent specialist training so that they could cope with her. Our Admiral Nurse at the time helped us find the placement and when asked ‘this is our mum – is this the right place for her to go’ answered ‘definitely’!. They genuinely care for her – they treat her like their own mum. She is always clean and well-presented when we visit and whatever we ask for her is never too much trouble. They connect really well with GPs Psychiatrists, Social services and when we thought she was end of life, the care they gave her was second to none. As a family we all agree that this is where we want to be placed when the time comes for us to need residential care. JoReview December 2025
Would not go anywhere else - when I go to visit my relative, I feel so welcome. Grace House is like a second home. Staff are kind, caring and compassionate. Great management, all queries are dealt with efficiently.
