The staff are absolutely lovely My mum has been at Grace House for two years. She has really got so much better, physically and mentally while being there. The staff are absolutely lovely. I cannot fault any of them, always welcoming, always kind and they go out of their way to do extra things for the residents and welcome visitors, even though they are busy. Staff seem to stay a long time, which I believe shows good management and working relationships and a good atmosphere all round. It was very difficult for everyone during Covid, but they got through it, by managing the state sickness and rules to keep residents safe. Thank you!Review December 2024
My husband was placed here for respite care from the hospital. We had no chance to visit Grace House so were pleasantly surprised when we got there. It was a lovely atmosphere and very caring staff. He was happy there and interacted with the activities which he hasn't done for a long time.
